Production Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Oversee and coordinate the manufacturing process to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Supervise production staff and monitor workflow performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the production floor.
• Take overall responsibility for supervising, training, and developing the team, ensuring their health, safety, and welfare.
• Ensure product and service quality in the warehouse consistently meets the highest standards for customers.

Working Schedule: Rotational Shifting Schedule (6 days per week)
Working Setup: Work Onsite

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology or any related courses
• With at least 2 years of experience in similar role; experience in food manufacturing is an advantage
• With training in ISO 9001, GMP, 5S, and HACCP System; with formal training in baking and technology is an advantage
• With the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high pressure work environment
• With excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
