HR Supervisor

Job Description

Supervise the direction and content of all HR programs & Support Services including those governing hiring, termination, wage and salary administration and manpower needs.

Qualifications

• College graduate in HR Management, Industrial Relations / Psychology or Business Management
• With at least 2 years’ experience on manufacturing set-up in all facets of human resources
• Preferably with knowledge or background in ISO and HACCP
• Familiar with Philippine Labor Laws and other Human Resource processes
• Willing to work in Lapu-lapu City, Cebu (onsite)
