District Head (Sales Coordinator) – Multiple Locations
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any business-related degree
- Responsible with a strong leadership background
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate, with above-average organizational skills
- Able to make quick decisions, judgments, and take action
- Willing to do fieldwork
- With Professional Driver’s License Restriction Code 12 or AB
Job Description:
- Prepare the daily manpower schedule for the assigned district.
- Coordinate with and inform the Assistant Sales Manager regarding the overall activity of the district.
- Prepare Sales Orders per route and submit them to the Assistant Sales Manager and the Marketing Info group.
- Review the salesman’s report, monitor shortages, and prepare required reports.
- Orient and guide salesmen on loading/unloading procedures, invoicing, and other documentation requirements.
- Immediately inform the Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor of any issues encountered in the district.
- Assist or relieve Van Salesmen/Junior Salesmen during leaves or absences.
- Assist the Assistant Sales Manager and/or Sales Supervisor in regularly reminding personnel about compliance with company policies and goals (GMP, HACCP, Exchange, Correct Exchange, Sales).
