Tropical Chicken Bun

Ingredients
- 6 pcs Gardenia Premium Pandesal
- 2 pcs Chicken Breast, cooked
- 1/2 cup Pineapple, chopped
- 2 pcs Celery, medium stacks
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 12 leaves Lettuce
Procedure
- Wash and dry all produce, set aside.
- Peel and mince the celery stalks. Set aside.
- Chop the cooked chicken and pineapple into similar sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together chicken, pineapple, celery, mayo, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Cut the Gardenia Premium Pandesal in half crosswise, starting on the bottom part of the bun add a layer of lettuce.
- Next a layer of the pineapple and chicken mixture and top with the top part of the bun.
- Transfer to a serving plate / platter.
- Serve and enjoy!
