Tropical Chicken Bun

Ingredients

  • 6 pcs Gardenia Premium Pandesal
  • 2 pcs Chicken Breast, cooked
  • 1/2 cup Pineapple, chopped
  • 2 pcs Celery, medium stacks
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 12 leaves Lettuce

Procedure

  • Wash and dry all produce, set aside.
  • Peel and mince the celery stalks. Set aside.
  • Chop the cooked chicken and pineapple into similar sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix together chicken, pineapple, celery, mayo, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  • Cut the Gardenia Premium Pandesal in half crosswise, starting on the bottom part of the bun add a layer of lettuce.
  • Next a layer of the pineapple and chicken mixture and top with the top part of the bun.
  • Transfer to a serving plate / platter.
  • Serve and enjoy!
