  • 4 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread
  • 4 pcs Egg
  • 8 pcs Cherry Tomato
  • 1/2 cup Spinach Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Cheese
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Procedure

Procedure:

  • Wash and dry all produce, set aside.
  • In a pan over medium heat, cook the spinach for 1-2 minutes or until wilted. Set aside
  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half crosswise. Set aside.
  • Rough chop the spinach into smaller pieces. Set aside
  • On a slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread, press the middle part of the slice down to create space for the egg.
  • Crack an egg on the slice, add the cherry tomato, chopped spinach, grated cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  • Bake in a 350F oven for 5 minutes or until the egg is cooked to your preference.
  • Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate / platter.
  • Serve and enjoy!
