Ingredients

  • 6 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread
  • 150g Ground Pork
  • 1pc Carrot, small
  • 1pc Bell Pepper, small
  • 1/2 pc Onion, medium
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • to taste Salt & Pepper
  • 1 cup Cooking Oil

Procedure

  • Wash and dry all produce and set aside
  • Roll the slices of Gardenia Classic White Bread flat using a rolling pin or a round object. Set aside
  • Peel and chop the carrot, onion, and garlic into a mince (very small pieces). Set aside.
  • Remove the seeds and mince (very small pieces) the bell pepper. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix together ground pork, carrot, bell pepper, onion, garlic, flour, soy sauce, and salt and pepper.
  • On a flattened slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread, put 1 tablespoon in a log form on the bottom of the slice
  • Roll it into a log like a sushi roll.
  • Optional: Bush the end with a egg wash so that the edge sticks.
  • Fry in oil on all sides until golden brown.
  • Transfer to a plate / platter while hot for the crunch
  • Optional: Serve with sweet chili sauce for a sweet and spicy kick
  • Serve and enjoy!
