Gardenia Kani Salad

Ingredients
2 pcs	Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Raisin Loaf
2 tsp	Japanese mayonnaise
2 sheets	Nori, cut thinly
30 g 	Crab stick (1-2 sticks), tear into strips
30 g		Lettuce
30 g 	Mango, sliced thinly
15 g		Cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tsp	Sesame seeds, toasted
2 tsp	Red Wine Vinegar/Rice Wine Vinegar
Procedure
1.	Prepare 2 slices of Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Raisin Loaf and trim sides. Cut into cubes.
2.	Toast the bread until golden brown in color.
3.	On a salad bowl or plate, arrange lettuce, kani strips, cucumber, mangoes and nori strips.
4.	Drizzle with red wine vinegar and top with toasted Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Raisin bread.
5.	Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
