Crispy Fish and Salted egg remoullade sliders

Ingredients
2 Pcs.        Gardenia Whole Wheat Bun
2 Pcs.        Fish Fillet
1 Tbsp.      Lemon juice
1/4  Cup    Flour
1/4 Cup     Cornstarch
Salt and pepper to Taste
1Pc.         Salted egg  
1Tbsp      White Onion, Finely Chopped
1Tbsp      Pickle relish	
1/4 Cup	Mayonnaise
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to Taste
Procedure
1.) Slice Gardenia Whole Wheat Bun lengthwise. 
2.) To Prepare the Fish, Season it with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. 
3.) Coat the fish with flour and cornstarch mixture and deep fry until golden brown.
4.) On a separate bowl, combine, chopped salted egg, onion, pickles, mayonnaise, 
lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. mix well. 
5.) To assemble the slider, spread the remoullade on to the buns and top it with the 
fried fish and cover with the other half of the bun.
