Choco Kamote Toasties

Ingredients

  • 2 packs Gardenia Toasties
  • 2 tbsp Delicia Choco Hazelnut Spread
  • 2 pcs Sweet Potato, medium
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts, roasted

Procedure

  • Boil and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut into small pieces.
  • In a bowl, mash the sweet potatoes and mix with Delicia Choco Hazelnut Spread.
  • For decoration, transfer the potato mixture into a piping bag.
  • Pipe the sweet potato mixture on the pieces of Gardenia Toasties.
  • Top with peanuts to cover the whole top.
  • Transfer to a serving plate or lunchbox.
  • Serve and enjoy!
