Chicken Avo Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Gardenia HealthiGrain Loaf
  • 1pc Avocado
  • 2pcs Tomato
  • 2pcs Chicken Breast
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Garlic Mayo

Procedure

  • Wash and dry all produce, set aside.
  • Deseed and peel the avocado, slice the flesh diagonally into thin slices. Set aside
  • Slice the tomatoes crosswise, set aside.
  • Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
  • In a pan with oil over medium heat, cook the chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Set aside
  • After 10 minutes, cut the chicken into slices. Set aside.
  • Toast the slices of Gardenia HealthiGrain for 2-4 minutes or until light golden brown.
  • On a plate / platter, start with a toasted slice of Gardenia HealthiGrain then add the slices of avocado.
  • Next add slices of tomato, chicken, and drizzle on the garlic mayo.
  • Serve and enjoy!
