Cheesy Veggie Omelette

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread
  • 1/4 cup Malunggay Leaves
  • 1/2 pc Carrot, small
  • 1/4 cup Cheese
  • 2 pcs Egg
  • 2.tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Banana Ketchup

 

Procedure

  • Wash and dry all produce, set aside.
  • Pick the malunggay leaves off the stem and set aside.
  • Peel and chop the carrots into small cubes, set aside.
  • Cut the cheese into small cubes, set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the malunggay leaves, carrot cubes, cheese cubes, egg, salt, and pepper.
  • In a pan with butter or oil over medium head, cook the egg mixture for 2-4 minutes or until the bottom is brown.
  • Flip and cook the 2nd side for a minute, remove and cook the next batch of egg.
  • On a slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread, place a piece of the veggie omelette and add a layer of banana ketchup.
  • Top with the second slice of Gardenia Classic White bread.
  • Repeat earlier steps until all the sandwiches are assembled.
  • Optional: Cut into halves or quarters if desired
  • Transfer to a lunchbox or container
  • Serve and enjoy!
