Watermelon Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread Thick Slice
  • 150g Watermelon Flesh (without rind)
  • 100g Kesong Puti (White Cheese)
  • 1 tbsp Mint Leaves
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt

Procedure

  • Wash and dry all produce, set aside.
  • Chop the watermelon flesh into flat planks. Set aside.
  • Slice the Kesong Puti into bite size pieces, set aside.
  • To assemble, start with a slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread Thick Slice then add watermelon, cheese, mint leaves, honey, and salt.
  • Top with the second slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread Thick Slice, repeat earlier steps to make desired number of sandwiches.
  • Transfer to a serving plate / platter.
  • Serve and enjoy!
