Watermelon Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread Thick Slice
- 150g Watermelon Flesh (without rind)
- 100g Kesong Puti (White Cheese)
- 1 tbsp Mint Leaves
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Salt
Procedure
- Wash and dry all produce, set aside.
- Chop the watermelon flesh into flat planks. Set aside.
- Slice the Kesong Puti into bite size pieces, set aside.
- To assemble, start with a slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread Thick Slice then add watermelon, cheese, mint leaves, honey, and salt.
- Top with the second slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread Thick Slice, repeat earlier steps to make desired number of sandwiches.
- Transfer to a serving plate / platter.
- Serve and enjoy!
