Mango Creamy Delight

Ingredients

  • 4 pcs Gardenia Butter Sugar Cream Roll
  • 1 cup All Purpose Cream
  • 1/2 cup Condensed Milk
  • 2 pcs Mango, ripe
  • 1/4 cup Cashew, crushed (Optional)

Procedure

  • Wash all produce, set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix together all purpose cream and condensed milk. Set aside in the fridge.
  • For the mango, cut off the cheeks and remove the skin.
  • Slice the cheeks into thin pieces, start with 1 strip and roll it into a tight circle.
  • Overlap the strips and keep adding loosening the layers as it goes.
  • Once a flower is formed, transfer to a plate and set aside.
  • On a cutting board, trim the ends off of the Gardenia Butter Sugar Cream Roll then cut into 3 pieces.
  • Turn the pieces so that the cut side is facing up.
  • Add a mango flower in the middle and add the sweetened cream around the mango.
  • (Optional) Sprinkle with crushed cashew nuts.
  • Transfer to a plate / platter.
  • Serve and enjoy!
