Buko Cream Buns

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 4 pcs Gardenia Premium Pandesal
  • 1/2 cup Buko Meat, shredded
  • 1/4 cup All Purpose Cream
  • 2 tbsp Condensed Milk
  • 1 tsp Buko Pandan Extract
  • 2 tbsp Nata de Coco
  • 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut

Procedure

  • In a bowl, mix together all purpose cream, condensed milk, and buko pandan extract.
  • Then add buko meat, buko pandan extract, and nata de coco. Mix well and chill in the fridge.
  • Cut the Gardenia Premium Pandesal buns in half crosswise like for a burger.
  • Starting with the bottom part of the bun, add the buko pandan filling and cover with the top part of he bun.
  • Then roll the parts of the exposed buko pandan filling with desiccated coconut.
  • Chill the buns in the fridge until ready to serve.
  • Transfer to a serving plate / platter. Serve chilled.
  • Serve and enjoy!
