Chipotle Pork Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 pcs Gardenia Multigrain Soft Bun
- 8 leaves Lettuce
- 2 pcs Tomato
- 2 pcs Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce
- 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Atsara
- 500g Pork Belly
- 1 tsp Sweet Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Procedure
- Wash and dry all produce, set aside
- Slice the tomatoes into 1/2″ slices crosswise, set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the chipotle pepper and mayonnaise. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the pork belly with all the spices and oil. Mix well
- In a pan with oil over medium high heat, cook the pork belly on all sides until golden brown.
- Add a little water and let cook for another 5 mins then remove from the heat.
- Chop the pork into smaller pieces, set aside.
- To assemble, cut the Gardenia Multigrain Soft Bun crosswise.
- On the bottom part of the bun, start with a layer of lettuce and sliced tomato,
- Next, add a layer of chipotle mayo and pork.
- Finish the top part of the Gardenia Multigrain Bun.
- Optional: Cut into individual buns
- Transfer to a plate / platter
- Serve and enjoy!
