Ingredients
- 6 slices Gardenia Classic White Bread
- 150g Ground Pork
- 1pc Carrot, small
- 1pc Bell Pepper, small
- 1/2 pc Onion, medium
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- to taste Salt & Pepper
- 1 cup Cooking Oil
Procedure
- Wash and dry all produce and set aside
- Roll the slices of Gardenia Classic White Bread flat using a rolling pin or a round object. Set aside
- Peel and chop the carrot, onion, and garlic into a mince (very small pieces). Set aside.
- Remove the seeds and mince (very small pieces) the bell pepper. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together ground pork, carrot, bell pepper, onion, garlic, flour, soy sauce, and salt and pepper.
- On a flattened slice of Gardenia Classic White Bread, put 1 tablespoon in a log form on the bottom of the slice
- Roll it into a log like a sushi roll.
- Optional: Bush the end with a egg wash so that the edge sticks.
- Fry in oil on all sides until golden brown.
- Transfer to a plate / platter while hot for the crunch
- Optional: Serve with sweet chili sauce for a sweet and spicy kick
- Serve and enjoy!
