Collections Coordinator (Lapu-lapu City, Cebu)

I. Position Summary

The Collections Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Collection Supervisor in planning, monitoring, and executing collection activities to ensure timely and accurate management of the company’s accounts receivable. The role maintains close coordination with Collectors and supports the team in achieving collection targets and maintaining healthy customer credit accounts.

II. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Collection Supervisor in preparing and implementing daily and weekly itineraries for field Collectors.
• Monitor and review the daily activities and performance of field Collectors.
• Conduct verification and assessment of customers prior to credit line approval.
• Ensure timely and accurate transmittal of collection-related documents to the AR Analyst for proper posting.
• Personally handle collection of overdue or hard-to-collect accounts.
• Check completeness and accuracy of collection documents before transmittal to Collectors.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing the company’s accounts receivable portfolio.
• Ensure quarterly submission of Withholding Tax Certificates (CWT) every 15th of the following month.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and management directives.
• Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the Collection Supervisor or Manager.

III. Qualifications

• Graduate of any four (4)-year business-related course
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in collections or credit management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledgeable in customer account monitoring and collection strategies
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity

Distribution Team Leader

Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna

The Distribution Leadman is responsible for assisting the Distribution Supervisor in truck scheduling, monitoring and coordinating third-party trucker performance, maintaining ISO documentation, and performing other related distribution functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fleet Coordination

– Monitor the status of delivery vehicles, including the delivery of new units by suppliers, repairs, breakdowns, and regular preventive maintenance.

2. Truck Scheduling

– Schedule delivery trucks based on sales requirements, including Transfer Trucks and Preload trucks.

– Schedule field-based personnel manning.

3. Expense Management

– Prepare distribution expense reimbursements, allowances, and overtime calculations.

4. Third-Party Truckers Monitoring

– Monitor the performance of third-party truckers, ensuring compliance with company requirements.

– Coordinate with third-party truckers regarding their performance, personnel, potential new routes, and outlets.

5. Documentation and Reporting

– Monitor and prepare reports on trucker crews’ pending and unremitted documents.

– Prepare and maintain ISO and HACCP records for the distribution section.

6. Training and Orientation

– Conduct training and orientation sessions for new and existing truckers.

7. Support and Supervision

– Assist the Distribution Supervisor in handling other sub-operations in the distribution section.

– Assist the Distribution Supervisor with the renewal of trucker contracts.

– Perform supervisory functions in the absence of the Distribution Supervisor.

8. Additional Responsibilities

– Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any related Engineering course
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in handling 3rd Party Truckers
• Proficient in planning, coordination, and scheduling of distribution activities
• Knowledgeable in ISO standards and documentation
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Google Spreadsheets
• With driving skills/license is an advantage

Audit Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop, implement, and maintain audit analytics to support risk assessment and audit planning.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and indicators of inefficiency, or control weaknesses.
• Supervise the planning and preparation for systems process and development review.
• Prepares process map to document understanding and identify high risk areas that needs improvement.
• Prepares recommendation for areas for improvement
• Coordinates recommendation to concerned department
• Prepares report and obtain concerned departments commitment on action plans.
• Performs assessment review of the progress of implementation of recommendation
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time depending on the available resources commensurate to authority.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or other finance related course.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) but not required.
• Preferably with knowledge and good understanding on ISO, Foods Safety, cGMP, HACCP and HALAL assurance.
• With at least five (5) years experience in audit, preferably in an external audit firm or manufacturing company.
• With good communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and leadership skills.
