Spanish Sardines Cremosa Panini


1 pack Gardenia Dinner Rolls
5 pcs Spanish Sardines
1/2 cup Cream Cheese
1 tbsp Jalapeno, chopped finely
9 slices of Tomato, Sliced Thinly, 3 slices per portion
9 slices of Cucumber, Sliced Thinly, 3 slices per portion

Salt and pepper To taste


1.) In a bowl, combine all ingredients and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Set aside.

To assemble:

1.) Divide Gardenia Dinner Rolls in 3's
2.) Slice one portion in the middle using a bread knife.
3.) Place 3 slices tomato, 3 slices of cucumber and top with the spanish sardines cremosa mixture.
4.) Cover with the other half of the bread and brush the top with butter.
5.) Cook in a panini maker until crust is golden brown and crusty. Serve once done.
