Rocky Road Biscotti


1 pc Cream Roll Rocky Road
1/4 cup melted white chocolate
1/4 cup Melted, semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp Crushed pistachios
1/4 cup Ground Chocolate cookies
1 tbsp Candy Sprinkles


1.) Slice Gardenia Rocky Road into desired thickness.
2.) Bake in the oven until toasted.

To design your biscotti:
1.) Dip half of the biscotti into the melted chocolate and sprinkle with our desired toppings and place in a baking paper.
2.) Let the chocolate set. You may place it inside the chiller for 5 min until the chocolate sets.
* you may serve it cold.
