Pocket French Toast


3 pcs Gardenia Pocket Sandwich Chocolate
1 cup Evaporated milk
1 pc egg
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup All-purpose cream
1 tsp Vanilla
Salt to taste
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter
Crushed cornflakes

For the toppings:
Whipped Cream
Fresh raspberries
Mint leaves

1/4 cup maple syrup


1.) In a bowl, combine Fresh/ Evaporated milk, cream, egg, and sugar. Add salt to taste. Lastly, mix in the flour gently. Do not overmix. Set aside.

2.) Dip in the Gardenia Pocket Sandwich into the mixture and press onto the crushed cornflakes. Press it Gently until the cornflakes stick to the bread. Shake off the excess cornflakes.

3.) in a pan, melt 1/4 cup butter. Fry the coated sandwich until golden brown and crisp.

4,) Garnish with whipped cream, fresh berries, and mint leaves.

5.) Drizzle maple syrup onto the bread and serve warm.
