Gardenia's Sausage, Potato, and Cheese Gratin Tartlets


9 slices Gardenia Slim 'n Fit Bread
2 pcs sausage of choice, cooked and sliced thinly
150 g potato, cooked and sliced thinly
1 tsp flour
4 tbsp unsalted butter
240 ml low-fat mlik
120 g low-fat quick melt cheese
salt and white pepper to taste


In a sauce pot place butter and oil together. Cook your roux very well but not too brown. Add your fresh milk, mix well until the béchamel gets a bit thicker. Once thick add your quick melt cheese, mix it until the chesse melts. Season with salt and white pepper.
Now to assemble, place your Slim N’ Fit bread at the bottom part of your pan, then pour a layer of your mornay sauce followed by potatoes, cheese sauce, your sausage above it and pour your cheese mornay on top. Place your gratin tarts inside the oven with the heat coming from the top.
Plate and serve while hot.
