Gardenia’s Black Forest Mille Feuille


4 slices Gardenia Amazing Black Forest Loaf
80 ml Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
120 ml Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped
Chocolate Block


In a bowl, fold in the whipped cream to the chocolate pudding mix. Place inside the chiller for 30 minutes.
Trim off the sides of your Gardenia Amazing Black Forest Loaf and cut it into two.
Pipe your chocolate filling on the bread and then top it with another slice of bread.
Garnish it with chocolate shavings and pitted cherry
Plate and serve.
