Gardenia Sticky Wheat Raisin Roll
Ingredients8 pcs Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Raisin Loaf
60 g unsalted butter
120 g brown sugar
30 ml honey
15 ml all purpose cream
15 ml water
60 g crushed peanuts
ProcedureIn a pan, melt butter and mix in brown sugar. Keep on stirring until sugar melts.
Remove from heat and whisk in honey, all purpose cream and water. Strain to remove excess solid particles. Set aside and let it cool.
Crush peanuts and set aside.
Get a slice of Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Raisin Loaf and spread the caramel goo. Sprinkle some nuts and roll it well. Spread some caramel goo on the outer part of the bread and sprinkle nuts again on top of it. Bake inside the oven for two minutes.
Plate and serve it hot.
