Gardenia Shrimp Cups with Mango and Salsa

4 slices Gardenia Slim N’ Fit Wheaten Bread
4pcs Shrimp
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/8 tsp Cumin
1/8 tsp Spanish Paprika
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 slice Mango, sliced and chopped
1 tbsp Canola Oil
Butter for greasing
Salsa, Store bought
Sour cream


1. Preheat oven to 140?C. Flatten Gardenia Slim N’ Fit Wheaten Bread. Butter each molding cup then place one piece in each cup of a muffin tin and push down so it creates a cup shape. Bake for 10 minutes.

2. In a bowl, mix together shrimp, salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, cayenne, garlic, and lime juice.
Heat oil in a pan. Cook over medium high heat for 2 minutes, flipping halfway. Set aside. Make sure not to overcook the shrimp.

3. Place salsa in the toasted cup. Add mango, a piece of shrimp on top, then a little bit of sour cream.
