Ingredients4 slices Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Raisin Loaf, remove crust
3 Tbsp Caldereta or mechado sauce, store bought
1 pc (16g) Chorizo de bilbao, cut into strips
1/2 piece Carrot, cut into strips
1/2 piece Green bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 piece Whole pickles, cut into strips
2 slices Mozarella cheese singles, cut into 4
1 piece Egg boiled, cut into strips
Procedure1.) Trim the sides of the breand and flatten each slice using a rolling pin.
2.) Spread sauce onto bread.
3.) Place half slice of cheese, chorizo, egg and vegetable strips and roll tightly.
4.) Secure roll with a toothpick.
5.) Bread rolls can be toasted until cheese melts. Serve.
