Gardenia Morconito


4 slices Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Raisin Loaf, remove crust
3 Tbsp Caldereta or mechado sauce, store bought
1 pc (16g) Chorizo de bilbao, cut into strips
1/2 piece Carrot, cut into strips
1/2 piece Green bell pepper, cut into strips
1/2 piece Whole pickles, cut into strips
2 slices Mozarella cheese singles, cut into 4
1 piece Egg boiled, cut into strips


Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin. Spread sauce onto bread. Place half slice of cheese, chorizo, egg and vegetable strips and roll tightly. Secure roll with a toothpick. Bread rolls can be toasted until cheese melts. Serve.
