Ingredients
2 pcs Gardenia Premium Pandesal1 pc Dory, fillet
100 g All Purpose Flour
1 pc Egg
100 g All Bread Crumbs
1 pc Cucumber, Lettuce, Tomato
1 pc Red Raddish
Oil
Sauce:
1 pc Lemon, juiced
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Chili Powder
120 ml Mayonnaise
Tarragon
Salt and White Pepper to taste
Procedure
1. To make the sauce.o Mix in mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice and tarragon, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
o Season dory with salt and pepper; dip it in flour, eggs and bread crumbs.
o Fry it and set aside
o Slice cucumber, tomato and radish
2. To assemble.
o Place lettuce at the bottom of the Pandesal, topped with tomato, dory, and radish.
o Spread sauce on top plate and serve.
