Choco Pistachio on butterscotch cups
Ingredients3 Slices Gardenia Butterscotch Loaf
1/2 Bar Cream cheese
2 tbsp Cocoa powder, sifted
1/2 Powdered sugar, sifted
tbsp Pistachios, chopped
Procedure1. Press gently 1 slice of Gardenia Butterscotch loaf on a muffin pan to form a cup.
2. Bake for 10 min. at 140 degrees Celsius
To make the filling.
1. Whisk the cream cheese in a bowl
2. Add sifted cocoa powder and powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
1. Place 1 tbsp of the mixture onto the butterscotch cups and top with chopped pistachios.
2. Serve and enjoy!
