Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki Sauce


Gardenia Classic White Bread 3 pcs
sliced into small cubes Chicken breast, fillet 1 pc
salt and pepper
Garlic Minced 1 clove
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Tatziki sauce:
Cucumber small, grated 1 pc
Garlic, minced 1 clove
Yogurt 1/4 Cup
salt and pepper to taste
Lemon Juice 1/2 tbsp
Salad greens 5 g each wrap
Grated Cheese/ white cheese
Olive Oil 2 tbs


.) To prepare the wrap, flatten the bread using a rolling pin. Cut circular shapes ontn the bread using a a cookie cutter then set aside.
2.) Pan toast the bread and drizzle a little bit of olive oil.
3.) In a bowl, combine slided chicken, salt , pepper and yogurt and marinate it for 10-15 minutes.
4.) In a non stick pan, grill or pan fry the chicken until golden brown then set aside.
5.) To prepare the sauce, combine yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, salt and pepper, lemon juice and mix all together.
To assemble the sancwich:
1.) Place lettuce inside the wrap and add sliced cucumber.
2.) Top with the souvlaki chicken and finish with tatziki sauce.
3.) Serve and enjoy
