Job Description

  • Conducts training needs analysis and develops training design
  • Conducts training and orientation of Sales personnel
  • Facilitates onboarding of new hires in Sales
  • Prepares and executes Sales Training Plan
  • Assists in the continual development of the sales personnel
  • Support to Sales and corporate activities

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Education, Psychology, or any behavioral science courses.
  • With 3 years of experience in Sales is an advantage.
  • With experience in designing, conducting, and evaluating training programs.
  • With knowledge and experience in training
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
