Job Description
- Conducts training needs analysis and develops training design
- Conducts training and orientation of Sales personnel
- Facilitates onboarding of new hires in Sales
- Prepares and executes Sales Training Plan
- Assists in the continual development of the sales personnel
- Support to Sales and corporate activities
Qualifications
- Graduate of Education, Psychology, or any behavioral science courses.
- With 3 years of experience in Sales is an advantage.
- With experience in designing, conducting, and evaluating training programs.
- With knowledge and experience in training
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
