Revenue Recording Analyst I (Reliever) – Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental


Job Summary:
The Revenue Recording Analyst I (Reliever) will be responsible for supporting daily revenue documentation and reconciliation activities. The role ensures the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of trip-related documents and financial reports, particularly in coordination with truckers and site personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trip Ticket Verification: Review and ensure the completeness of all documents prior to signing, especially for routes managed by truckers in CDO.

  • Statement of Account (SOA) Preparation: Prepare and release SOAs for late penalties accurately and on time.

  • Daily Reconciliation: Coordinate with truckers’ coordinators to monitor and verify the daily submission of reports from the plant.

  • Personnel Oversight: Oversee daily activities of third-party personnel to maintain operational efficiency, particularly in the absence of an assigned coordinator in CDO.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
