Regional Head (Area Head) – Central Visayas or Southern Mindanao


Job Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in Business, Economics, or related fields.
  • Preferably with experience in account management and sales.
  • Strong leadership background.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate with strong decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, and HALAL standards.
  • With driver’s license restriction 12 or AB
  • Willing to do fieldwork.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Guide subordinates in achieving business goals.
  • Oversee the overall performance of the assigned area/team.
  • Establish a course of action to achieve specific goals, including planning and proper allocation of assignments to personnel.
  • Manage subordinates effectively and efficiently by assigning duties to the appropriate individuals.
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance subordinates’ skills and competencies.
  • Identify problems and their causes, gather relevant information, and develop alternative courses of action for decision-making.
  • Evaluate the performance of sales supervisors, coordinators, and salesmen.
  • Conduct trade checks and address concerns from the field.
