Quality Assurance Senior Supervisor

Job Description

1. Supports and assists SQA Manager in monitoring, implementing, and coordinating Company’s Management systems policies and programs in compliance with ISO9001, Food safety Halal, and applicable Statutory and regulatory requirements

2. Assists the SQA Manager in the department’s day-to-day operations and related manufacturing activities of GBPI Toll Manufacturing plants offshore, including applicable regulatory requirements.

3. Acts as primary Internal Audit Coordinator

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Food Technology/Microbiology/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering.
• Must be knowledgeable in 5S, cGMP, SSOP, ISO, HACCP, HALAL, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledgeable in baking science and technology, sensory evaluation, statistical analysis, and GLP
• Highly analytical with strong leadership and auditing skills
• Computer literate; Google Colab
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
