Job Description
Assists in identifying ways to improve employee engagement activities
Assists in conceptualization and implementation of company events and programs that boosts employee morale
Monitors the implementation of existing employee engagement strategies such as Acquaintance gathering, Single’s day, Father’s and Mother’s day, First Friday Mass and etc.
Reviews the effectivity of existing employee engagement activities
Monitors the canteen operations, including conduct of canteen satisfaction survey, canteen committee and canteen inspection
Assists in preparation and conduct of training programs
Assists in budget preparation for Training and Employee Engagement programs
Process Tardiness Monitoring (monthly issuance of NTE/NODA)
In charge of booking flights for employees with official business
In charge of updating the HR Bulletin Board
Provides support in checking of Employee’s Performance Appraisal – Work Attitude and Committee Involvement Rating
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources or any behavioral science courses
With solid experience in similar role; experience in BPO industry is an advantage
An eloquent English speaker is preferred;
Engaging and has the ability to speak in front of many people
Has the ability to organize an event from scratch
Amenable to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
