Employee Engagement Staff


Main Purpose
  • Improves work culture, reduces turnover, increases productivity, builds better work and customer relationships and affects profits.
Job Description
  • Assists in identifying ways to improve employee engagement activities
  • Assists in conceptualization and implementation of company events and programs that boosts employee morale
  • Monitors the implementation of existing employee engagement strategies such as Acquaintance gathering, Single’s day, Father’s and Mother’s day, First Friday Mass and etc.
  • Reviews the effectivity of existing employee engagement activities
  • Monitors the canteen operations, including conduct of canteen satisfaction survey, canteen committee and canteen inspection
  • Assists in preparation and conduct of training programs
  • Assists in budget preparation for Training and Employee Engagement programs
  • Process Tardiness Monitoring (monthly issuance of NTE/NODA)
  • In charge of booking flights for employees with official business
  • In charge of updating the HR Bulletin Board
  • Provides support in checking of Employee’s Performance Appraisal – Work Attitude and Committee Involvement Rating
Qualifications
  • Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources or any behavioral science courses
  • With solid experience in similar role; experience in BPO industry is an advantage
  • An eloquent English speaker is preferred;
  • Engaging and has the ability to speak in front of many people
  • Has the ability to organize an event from scratch
  • Amenable to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
