Employee Engagement Staff
Main Purpose
- Improves work culture, reduces turnover, increases productivity, builds better work and customer relationships and affects profits.
Job Description
- Assists in identifying ways to improve employee engagement activities
- Assists in conceptualization and implementation of company events and programs that boosts employee morale
- Monitors the implementation of existing employee engagement strategies such as Acquaintance gathering, Single’s day, Father’s and Mother’s day, First Friday Mass and etc.
- Reviews the effectivity of existing employee engagement activities
- Monitors the canteen operations, including conduct of canteen satisfaction survey, canteen committee and canteen inspection
- Assists in preparation and conduct of training programs
- Assists in budget preparation for Training and Employee Engagement programs
- Process Tardiness Monitoring (monthly issuance of NTE/NODA)
- In charge of booking flights for employees with official business
- In charge of updating the HR Bulletin Board
- Provides support in checking of Employee’s Performance Appraisal – Work Attitude and Committee Involvement Rating
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources or any behavioral science courses
- With solid experience in similar role; experience in BPO industry is an advantage
- An eloquent English speaker is preferred;
- Engaging and has the ability to speak in front of many people
- Has the ability to organize an event from scratch
- Amenable to work onsite in Laguna International Industrial Park, Mamplasan, Binan, Laguna
