General Accounting Staff (Reliever)
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in general accounting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software such as Oracle and QuickBooks.
- Can start immediately.
- Willing to work onsite in LIIP, Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna.
Job Description:
- Prepare the company’s Financial Report Package on a timely basis.
- Generate monthly accounting schedules, including accounting accruals, as supporting documents for financial reports.
- Conduct timely and accurate Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis, focusing on accounts with significant movements.
- Perform Oracle module closings and prepare corresponding entries in the Oracle system.
- Maintain and update the books of accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the submission and monitoring of required documents and schedules for audits.
- Draft the company’s financial statements with attention to detail and compliance.
