General Accounting Staff (Mabalacat, Pampanga)


Job description

  • Prepares assigned balance sheet schedules for monthly financial reporting
  • Prepares necessary journal vouchers to record adjustments for the assigned accounts
  • Prepares Financial Report Package
  • Conducts analysis on operating expenses variances
  • Assists on the preparation of budget package and inventory count
  • Prepares billings
  • Prepares and submits documents required by internal and external audit of books and work processes

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
  • With at least 1 year of experience in general accounting
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
