Customer Relations Staff


Job Description

  • Assists in ensuring orderliness in the implementation of plant tour program.
  • Assists in the coordination of day-to-day plant tour program including booking arrangements while maintaining good working relationships with co-workers, customers and other clients.
  • Conducts the audio visual presentation and acts as tour guide as needed.
  • Prepares the assigned reports daily, weekly and monthly as needed.
  • Performs and develops various creative requirements for CRM such as but not limited to Facebook page, promo posters, banners, and photo opportunity areas, etc.
  • Leads in the preparation, withdrawal and inventory of all plant tour equipment, fixtures & other materials.
  • Assists in CSR and product sponsorship and outside selling activities.
  • Performs any other tasks and duties which may be assigned from time to time, provided given the proper training.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field
  • Proficient in computer software/MS office application
  • Knowledgeable in layouting; video editing and creation
  • Knows how to deal and relate well with customers and members of the organization
  • can handle pressure
  • Open for fresh graduates
  • Amenable to work on-site
  • Willing to work in Binan, Laguna
