Area Sales Coordinator (Isabela & Cagayan)


The Area Sales Coordinator will be responsible for setting goals for the sales team and ensuring company quotas and goals are met on a monthly basis. They also input data from incoming sales, train new sales representatives, ensure sales orders are delivered in a timely manner to customers, and evaluate the performance of the department.

  • Computer literate, with above average organization skills
  • Ready to make quick decisions, judgments, and actions
  • Can drive 4-wheel vehicles
  • Preferably residing in or near Tuguegarao City

Job Description:

1. Prepares manpower schedule daily for assigned district;

2. Coordinates with and informs the Assistant Sales Manager regarding overall activity of the district;

3. Coordinates and prepares Sales Order per route and submits the Sales Order to the Assistant Sales Manager and to Marketing Info group;

4. Checks the report of salesman, monitors shortages of salesman and prepared required reports.

5. Orients and guide salesman on loading and unloading procedures, invoicing and other documentation requirements;

6. Immediately informs the Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor regarding any problems encountered in his district; – i.e. truck breakdown, late deliveries, delayed production;

7. Assists or relieves Van Salesman/Junior Salesman during leave or absence;

8. Assists the Assistant Sales Manager and/or Sales Supervisor in constantly reminding line personnel regarding compliance with company policies and goals (GMP, HACCP, Exchange, Correct Exchange, Sales)
