Gardenia Open Faced Garlic Shrimp and Tuna
Ingredients2 slices Gardenia Slim N’ Fit Wheaten Bread
½ C Tomato, chopped
2/3 C Tuna, Flakes in Oil
25g Shrimp, devein
1tsp Olive Oil
ProcedureHeat the oil in a pan. Sautee garlic. Stir frequently then add shrimps and gently toss to combine. Set aside.
In a heated pan, add oil and garlic. Add tomato and wait for 2 minutes. Add tuna and a little bit of its oil. Cook. Set aside
For the bread, slice the 1 inch of the edge of the bread. Just like bruschetta. Spread the tuna and add the shrimp on top. Drizzled with olive oil. Serve.
