Corned Tuna with Tomato Cucumber Salsa
Ingredients12 pcs Gardenia Wheat Cranberry Loaf
1 can corned tuna
60 ml mayonnaise
1 tsp paprika
Pinch of thyme
2 pcs tomato, diced
1 pc small cucumber, diced
15 g wansoy
1 pc red onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
ProcedureTo make the Salsa, Combine Tomato, Cucumber, Wansoy and Red Onion. Season with salt and pepper.
In another bowl, combine Mayonnaise, Paprika, and thyme. Mix well and set aside.
To assemble. Place 1 tbsp Corned Tuna on one side of the bread, top it with dressing, another slice of bread, tomato cucumber salsa and cover it with a slice of bread again. Making it a two layer sandwich.
Plate and serve.
