Gardenia Pandesal, sliced in half |

Celery, finely chopped |

Red apple, cut into cubes |

Raisins |

Lettuce, shredded |

Walnuts |
| 2 1/2 tsps |
Lemon Juice |

Cream cheese |
Procedure
- Pour lemon juice over apple. Set aside.
- Roast walnuts in an oven toaster for 3 to 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Mix lettuce, celery and raisins. Add apple and walnuts
- Fill Gardenia Pandesal with a slice of cream cheese and vegetable-nut mixture.
