Ingredients

16 slices Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread
1 pack Smoked Salmon ( store bought )
4 tbsp. Cream Cheese ( softened )
Tarragon Leaves for garnishing
Ground Black Pepper

Procedure

     Cut the bread into round shapes using a cookie cutter.  Toast the bread until slightly golden brown in color. Spread a teaspoon of cream cheese on top of Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat bread.  Top with smoked salmon.  Sprinkle a dash of ground black pepper on top.  Garnish with fresh tarragon leaf.  Serve canapé with white wine.
