Gardenia Smoked Salmon Canape

Ingredients

16 pieces Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread, round shape
1 packed Smoked Salmon
1 Tbsp Cream cheese, softened
Tarragon leaves for garnishing
Ground black pepper
 

Procedure

Cut the bread into round shapes using a cookie cutter.  Toast the bread until slightly golden brown in color. Spread a teaspoon of cream cheese on top of Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat bread.  Top with smoked salmon.  Sprinkle a dash of ground black pepper on top.  Garnish with fresh tarragon leaf.  Serve canapé with white wine.

 

 Serving: 16 canapes
