Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread, round shape |

Smoked Salmon |
| 1 Tbsp |
Cream cheese, softened |

Tarragon leaves for garnishing |

Ground black pepper |

Procedure
Cut the bread into round shapes using a cookie cutter. Toast the bread until slightly golden brown in color. Spread a teaspoon of cream cheese on top of Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat bread. Top with smoked salmon. Sprinkle a dash of ground black pepper on top. Garnish with fresh tarragon leaf. Serve canapé with white wine.
