Gardenia Mexican Tuna Pandesal

Gardenia Pandesal |
| 1 can (184 g) |
Tuna flakes in vegetable oil, drained |
| 1/2 cup |
Mayonnaise |
| 2 tbsps |
Cheese, grated |
| 1 tsp |
Sugar |
| 1 tsp |
Pickle relish |
| 1/8 tsp |
Pepper, ground |
| 50 g |
Nacho chips, cracked |
Procedure
- Combine all ingredients except nacho chips in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
- Spread each slice of Gardenia Pandesal with 1 tbsp of tuna mixture then top with nacho chips and serve.
