Gardenia Gardenia Meat loaf

Ingredients

6 slices Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread
1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
4 pcs Eggs, lightly beaten
450 g Ground pork
200 g Mixed vegetables
1/8 cup Flour
1/4 cup Celery, chopped
1 cup Cheese, grated
1 pc Onion, chopped
4 cloves Garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp Cayenne
2 tbsp Pork seasoning powder
1 tbsp Margarine
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure

  1. In a large bowl, combine milk and eggs. Soak each Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread until soft. Set aside.
  2. In another large bowl, combine all the ingredients together with bread except margarine and mix well.
  3. Lightly grease just loaf pan with margarine. Pour in the meat mixture and  bake in a pre-heated oven of 180C for 2 hours or until cooked.
  4. Allow to cool completely before cutting. Serve well with potato chips and salad.
