Gardenia Gardenia Meat loaf

Ingredients
| 6 slices |
Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread |
| 1/2 cup |
Evaporated Milk |
| 4 pcs |
Eggs, lightly beaten |
| 450 g |
Ground pork |
| 200 g |
Mixed vegetables |
| 1/8 cup |
Flour |
| 1/4 cup |
Celery, chopped |
| 1 cup |
Cheese, grated |
| 1 pc |
Onion, chopped |
| 4 cloves |
Garlic, chopped |
| 1/2 tsp |
Cayenne |
| 2 tbsp |
Pork seasoning powder |
| 1 tbsp |
Margarine |

Salt and pepper to taste |
Procedure
- In a large bowl, combine milk and eggs. Soak each Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread until soft. Set aside.
- In another large bowl, combine all the ingredients together with bread except margarine and mix well.
- Lightly grease just loaf pan with margarine. Pour in the meat mixture and bake in a pre-heated oven of 180C for 2 hours or until cooked.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting. Serve well with potato chips and salad.
