Gardenia Crispy French Toast

Ingredients
| 4 slices |
Gardenia California Raisin Loaf |
| 3/4 cup |
Cornflakes |
| 2 pcs |
Eggs |
| 1/2 cup |
Fresh milk |
| 4 tbsp |
Butter or margarine |
Procedure
- Beat eggs and milk with wire whisk in a bowl until well blended.
- Dip Gardenia California Raisin Loaf into egg mixture, then into cornflakes, turning to evenly coat both sides of bread.
- Melt a tbsp of butter in a pan. Place bread in the hot pan and cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Remove from heat, keep warm. Repeat with remaining butter and bread. Serve warm with scrambled egg.
