Gardenia Chunky Chicken Pandesal

Ingredients

20 pcs Gardenia Pandesal
2 1/2 cups Chicken Breast (boiled, cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
1 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Cucumber (finely chopped)
1 tsp Pickle relish
4 tbsp Celery (minced)
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper (ground)
1/8 tsp Sugar

Procedure

1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
2. Toss chicken
3. Top Gardenia Pandesal with 1 tbsp of Chunky Chicken filling.
