Gardenia Gardenia Chicken and Bacon Sandwich

Ingredients

Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread |
| 500 g |
Chicken breast fillet, boiled, diced |
| 1 1/2 cup |
Bacon, chopped, fried |
| 2 cups |
Mayonnaise |
| 1 tbsp |
Honey |
| 2 tbsp |
Parseley |
| 1/2 cup |
Bacon, chopped, fried |
| 6 slices |
Cheese |
|
Salt and taste pepper to taste |
Procedure
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except cheese and Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread
- Spread the mixture on one side of Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread and top with cheese.
- Top to cover another slice of Gardenia High Fiber Whole Wheat Bread. Cut the sandwich diagonally.
- Bake in the oven toaster at medium heat until golden brown and crispy.
- Secure the sandwich with a toothpick
