Gardenia Black Forest Layered Cake

Ingredients
| 1 400 g |
Gardenia Black Forest Loaf |
| 1 cup |
Instant chocolate pudding |
| 1 (250 ml) |
All purpose cream, chilled |
| 1/3 cup |
Pitted cherries |
| 1 cup |
Chocolate shavings |
|
Rum (optional) |
Procedure
- Combine chilled all purpose cream and instant pudding in a small bowl.
- Spread 1-2 tbsp of the cream mixture at the bottom of a loaf pan.
- Place 2 slices of Gardenia Black Forest Loaf
- Top with cream mixture and chocolate shavings.
- Repeat until the pan is filled.
- Top with pitted chopped cherries and remaining chocolate shavings.
- Refrigerate the cake at least one hour before serving.
