WHAT IS THE G-LOCK?

Gardenia is the first in the country to use the unique resealable and reusable plastic clip called G-lock that seals in the bread´s freshness. The G-lock is easy to locate, easy to read, easy to open and close and consumer-friendly. The G-lock contains all of the vital information that the consumers might need such as the "best before" date and the suggested retail price. It even contains information on which production line the bread was produced, and the batch number.
