MANUFACTURING DIVISION
ENGINEERING OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
code: EOS
- Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
- With at least three (3) years experience in an industrial plant as Engineering Supervisor or related position
- Preferably from Food Manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods hygienic products
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD 2000 and MS Applications
- With knowledge in PLC, Industrial Control (Electrical), Programming, Industrial Refrigeration & Airconditioning
- Strong leadership capabilities
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
code: MT
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Management Engineering or equivalent courses from reputable school
- Knowledge in MS Office applications
- Must have strong problem solving, analytical, project management, and communication skills
- Aggressive, analytical, hardworking, & can deal effectively with all levels of the organization/li>
- Assertive and with strong desire for self development; with leadership potential, balanced with being a team player.
ENGINEERING TECHNICIANS

- Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Has previous work experience troubleshooting machiness
- Knowledge of PLC an advantage
- At least 2 years experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in fast-moving consumer goods hygienic products
SALES DEPARTMENT
SALES SUPERVISOR

- College graduate
- Strong leadership background with excellent communications and interpersonnal skills
- At least (3) years experience in the same capacity
- Computer literate
- With above average organizational skills
JUNIOR SALESMEN

- Graduate of any 4 yrs. course
- Experience in route selling is an advantage
- With professional driver's license RC: 1,2 & 3
- Willing to be assigned any area
DISPATCH SUPERVISOR

- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineering or college graduate of any four (4) year course with equivalent working experience as supervisor
- Computer literate ; preferably with planning skills
- With three(3) years solid experience as supervisor in logistics, i.e dispatch, warehouse
- Knowledgeable in ISO/HACCP documentation and requirements is an advantage
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
FLEET SUPERVISOR

- B.S. Mechanical Engineering or College graduate with equivalent working experience
- With at least (3) years solid experience in handling fleet operation & administration and vehicle maintenance particularly in 4wheel/6wheel delivery trucks
- Preferably with knowledge and working experience in vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Strong leadership and good supervisory skills
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Holder of professional driver's license
- Computer literate
AUTO ELECTRICIAN

- College graduate/vocational course of Automotive Technology
- With prefessional driver's license RC:2 & 3
- Should have specialization on handling automotive, electrical components
